I'm excited to finally share a selection of my work created for Majestic RP, a large-scale open-world project set in Moscow.
Throughout the development, I created over 100 architectural assets and materials, working across the full production pipeline — from initial planning and modular system design to final optimization and game integration.
My responsibilities included:
Creating detailed architectural models based on real-world references.
Designing modular building systems, establishing metrics, and planning asset reuse.
Creating high-poly models and baking detailed architectural elements.
Developing trim sheets, texture atlases, tileable textures, and reusable materials.
Creating architectural ornaments, decorative elements, and surface details.
Texturing assets using Substance Painter and Substance Designer.
Optimizing geometry, textures, and materials for real-time rendering in a large open-world environment.
Preparing and integrating game-ready assets into the project.
One of the biggest challenges was recreating complex historical architecture while maintaining a balance between visual fidelity, modularity, performance, and production efficiency.
The architectural buildings showcased here were modeled and textured by me, with the exception of the sculptures on the Bolshoi Theatre, which were created by other artists.
I'm happy to finally share a part of the work I created during the development of Majestic RP.
